Hotel was clean and in a good area near to restaurants and the tram station and lots of tourist attraction. A lot of appetising options for meal. Supportive, fabulously helpful property's staff.

Spectacular location, loved the authentic restaurant. Breakfast was enjoyable and had lots of food. Room was non-smoking, bathroom was luxury. The hotel had a bar in the reception.

Views were quite bad.

We enjoyed fab location and staff. Perfect view of castle. Everything was good as expected, though the bathroom was very old. Bacon, pastries and scrambled eggs provided in the morning. Perfectly based in a vibrant area...

All was fairly clean, I loved very good location and staff. The room was neat with extremely comfy beds. I had fruit juices, cereal and cheese in the morning.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

We had the most perfect few days there. Lovely sized rooms, attentive service. Lovely staff kept the whole place spotless. Big beds and climate control, coffee and high-speed internet. The selection of fantastic pastries, bacon, scrambled eggs and meats was a bonus. Modern lobby.

Friendly location, modern staff - QUIET hotel in every way. Loved coffee, super fast internet and iron/ironing board in the room. The staff created a family atmosphere. Had adequate breakfasts on the roof terrace with nice view.
